Mentoring relationships typically last from 3-18months and are tailored to suit you, your practice and the coaching models that you work with.  Part of the package includes the opportunity of supervised coaching sessions over the telephone, skype or feedback on recorded sessions.  The benchmarks for feedback are set out beforehand between Coach and Mentor Coach.
